商品については、ベゼルが純正ではなかった。ベゼルは商品を構成するものであるため、これを含めて本物か否かの判断をすべきである。また返品時に問い合わせフォームを活用したところ、メッセージ送付ボタンが押下できず、どのようにクレームを伝えればよいのかが不明であった。

I ordered the watch and transferred to money. Three days later, I wrote them to ask if they had received the payment. After a days waiting they replied and told me they hadn’t and asked for documentation. I sent pictures from my web-banking, and was told that wasn’t enough. I found a full bank statement and send that to them. No reply. Two days later my money was returned, without reply or notice from them. After that the just cancelled the deal, still without replying to the bank statement of giving any reason for anything.

배송상에 시간이 너무 지체되었습니다. 관세 문제를 안내해주지 않아서 배달사와 논쟁이 있었고 배달사의 잘못된 안내로 관세 납부에도 차질이 있었습니다. 제품에 대한 설명이 부족하여 물건을 받고 시계속을 보니 녹이슬어 있었으며 시계줄이 짧아 늘리는 비용이 70만원이 들었습니다. 최초에 이러한 정보들을 제공하여 시행착오를 거치지 않도록하면 좋겠습니다. 전문거래자와의 소통도 불편했습니다. 초기에는 한국어로 잘 설명하다 나중에는 영어로만 의사를 전달하는 것은 영어가 편리하지 않은 사람은 어쩌라는건지 영 불편했습니다.

Bought one as gift for family, turned out was not working properly, ended up paying return postage myself and chasing to claim the import duty. really made me upset as this should never happen for such an expensive purchase!

Il venditore definisce OTTIMO un articolo che non lo è ; il bracciale è molto smagliato e difetti nella macchina, riconosciuti anche dagli esperti Chrono 24 che lo avrebbero riparato se non avessi aperto l' orologio.

Ich hatte Preisangebot, Zusage des Kaufs, Geld überwiesen. Am nächsten Tag die Aussage: Uhr bereits verkauft!!!! Kein Ersatzangebot. Was soll ich davon halten? Dafür diesmal keine positive Empfehlung.

My order needed to be changed (delivery address). Since the order was already confirmed I was not able to do that myself. After a few calls (3) with the “helpdesk” it was sorted out. I ranked two stars because I think 1 call should have been enough.

Ich kann in diesem Fall nur meine Unzufriedenheit darstellen, sowohl was die Kommunikation als auch den Verlauf angeht. Meine Fragen bzgl. Details und Abwicklung wurden nicht beantwortet, am Ende wurde der Vorgang händlerseitig abgebrochen. Eine angeblich verfügbare Uhr wurde anderweitig verkauft trotzdem mein Angebot angenommen wurde. Hatte damit einzig Scherereien und musste hinterher telefonieren, schade.

I have no personal animosity toward the dealer, and I am still looking at watches, but only would seriously consider buying one in the USA. Customs, which I am well aware the dealer doesn't control, is an expensive headache. And the dealer failed to make common sense and failed to do what he emailed me that he would do. Overall, a frustrating experience and one I will not repeat. Previously, I bought a Rolex from Chrono24 that was in the USA, and it was a good experience, so I suggest don't go international.

They had my dream whatch, we agreed on a price and agreed on a deal. The day after I paid, no news from them. I tried many times to contact them (messages) but no responses, so I finaly decided to call. I learnt from them that the watch was no longer available for same shady reasons, and basically that was it. No the best buying experience I had, even more when you spend more than 15K. I think the key here, is really communication, anyway all the best.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer ist eine große Enttäuschung Die email-Kommunikation mit dem Kunden dauert sehr lange Zeit sie reagieren erst nach längerer Zeit oder gar nicht Ich habe die Details der Lieferung des Pakets telefonisch vereinbart, aber es hat auch nicht funktioniert
