We provide a warranty of 1 year - 365 days to all purchased watches from the moment you have received them from the deilvery.
We're always contactable, with having a guarranteed response time of 2 hours during business days, up to 12 hours during evening/weekends/holidays and our doors are always open to set up a meeting for purchasing or selling watches. For the convenience's sake, it's best to notify us by phone or email atleast 30 - thirty minutes in advance so we'll be able to provide 100% of our attention to you.
The payments will happen by making a wire transfer, and once the account has been creditted, the goods will be shipped out immediatly by using FedEx with full insurance And a tracking number to be posted when your watch will arrive. (Additional delivery costs might be added depends on the location of receipt, which will be agreed on by both parties before the purchase.) Alternatively, the watches can be picked up in our office.
